Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped out within 10-12 business days, provided the payment authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been received and a subsequent email with tracking information when the order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer free shipping on orders delivered throughout India. GST will be added to your order at checkout. Once shipped, orders will be delivered within 5-6 business days. In rare cases, some orders may be delayed due to government intervention, natural causes etc. We regret to inform you that due to national policies, we do not offer overnight delivery services.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Please factor in an additional 2-3 business days for delivery to addresses in rural areas.
We offer free international shipping on all orders amounting to USD 200 and above, after any applicable discount. If your order is less than USD 200, a discounted shipping rate of USD 20 is applicable. We are unable to guarantee a shipping time frame for international orders, as this depends on customs clearance etc.
All applicable VAT, tariffs, duties and taxes, as per the destination country's regulations, are not included in your order and will need to be cleared by the customer upon delivery and paid directly to the shipping agency. In case of non-payment of taxes by the customer, Atelier Mon will not be able to entertain refund requests. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please provide an address where the package can be successfully delivered. Once your order has been received and signed for, at the specified shipping address, any liabilities due to loss or damage are not the responsibility of Atelier Mon (Pebbles Pvt Ltd).
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.
All Atelier Mon products are handcrafted by artisans in India using natural pearls and gemstones, making each piece unique. Hence, no two pieces of the same design are exactly alike and there could be a slight variation from the original photograph on the website.
We regret that we cannot offer returns on our products, all sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the unlikely case you have received a damaged product, wrong product, or lost couriers. In such a case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please include clear photographs and retain the packaging material in which it arrived. If you feel that your package has been tampered with before delivery, please do not accept the delivery of the package and email us at email@example.com. Our QC team will review your complaint and you will be informed if the product is eligible for return. In which case, we will arrange for the pick up of the product. After receiving the product, we will replace it free of cost, subsequent to a final inspection to once again review the return eligibility.
In cases where the package is lost in transit, we will refund you the entire amount. However, refunds will not be given if the delivery address is wrong, if you refuse to accept the package, return the products without first contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org, if 3 failed delivery attempts have been made by the courier company or due to sizing issues.
All products will need to be returned with original packaging and with original tags on. If the returned product is in a used condition, the refund will not be processed.
Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday to Friday except for National holidays.
Please note the refund credit will be issued by the same means of purchase.
