SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 10-12 days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has been dispatched. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped via {DHL }. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

  • Domestic: Will arrive in {insert fastest delivery say within NCR- max time it takes AFTER DISPATCH}
  • International : Will arrive in {insert} business days

We regret to inform you that due to National Policies we do not offer overnight delivery services.
Free ground shipping offer valid on all orders. Free ground shipping offered within Continental India only. This offer excludes shipments to Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. Once your order has been received and signed for by yourself at the specified shipping address, any liabilities due to loss or damage are not the responsibility of Atelier Mon (Pebbles Pvt Ltd).

INTERNATIONAL

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Atelier Mon (Pebbles Pvt Ltd) is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

All orders are shipped via {DHL } (please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes).

From time to time Atelier Mon has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the Voucher Code page (found after you have entered your shipping address details) and hit the "apply" button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order.

RETURN POLICY

We regret that we cannot honour returns on our products, all sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange except in the unlikely case you have received a damaged product, wrong product, or lost couriers.

Keep in mind that all Atelier Mon products are hand crafted with natural Pearls and gem stones, making each piece unique. There could be slight variation in colour of these stones and pearls from original photograph .

1) Kindly inform us within 3 days,with a photograph of the piece with the original tag on, by sending a mail to - info@ateliermon.com

2) Our QC team will review your complaint and you will be informed according if the product is eligible for return.

3) We will arrange for the pick up of the product,if eligible for return.

4) After receiving the product , we will replace it free of cost after final inspection to once again review return eligibility.

5) In case of courier lost in transit,we will refund you the entire amount.

6) Refunds will not be given if the delivery address is wrong/if you refuse to accept the package/3 failed delivery attempt by the courier company/returning of the products without first contacting our customer care.

7) All products will be returned with original packaging with original tags on.

8) Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. For any inquiries concerning returns or exchanges, please contact Customer Service via email at info@ateliermon.com or by phone 009124-422- 7898 between 9am – 6pm, Monday – Saturday. Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for National holidays.
